We refund when an order is cancelled before we dispatch it, or when an item is materially misrepresented, has undisclosed damage, or is the wrong item. We do not refund a change of mind or a wrong fit.
Cancellations before dispatch are refunded within 5 to 7 business days. Claims are reviewed within 48 hours of receiving your order number and photos, and approved claims are refunded within 5 to 7 business days, to the original payment method.
