Every order on zarketplace is covered by Buyer Protection. We buy every item ourselves, check it at our hub against its listing and photos, and ship it to you repacked and tracked. If it does not match, it does not ship.
If an item arrives not as described, or it is the wrong item, tell us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. Buyer Protection costs nothing extra.
You pay zarketplace directly, through Razorpay, and your address and phone number go only to the courier delivering your order.
